Yeesh. Someone add the "broken_limbs" or "broken_arm" tag, 'cause there's no physical way her arms could bend that way (in an armbinder, no less) without being utterly destroyed at the elbows.

In fact, I'm not even sure I want to know what kind of backstory this picture tells.

This is called reverse prayer. It needs some training, but it is possible without hurting the person.

what she's in there is not reverse prayer, as the picture you linked is; the angle of the forearms is important. in reverse prayer, the forearms come up between the elbows, whereas in the picture above the elbows are together.
