It's a 3D image.

Can somebody explain how to view a stereogram pic?

Make sure you can see both pics clearly, then cross your eyes. Each eye sees the two side-by-side pics individually, so you end up with four images. What you want to do is trick your right eye into thinking it's seeing the right side of an object, and the left eye to do the same with the left side. You do this by carefully adjusting the crossed-ness of your eyes until the two images in the middle overlap. Once they have locked, you can carefully focus your eyes until the image is clear.
Tl;dr, cross your eyes.

This is pretty bleh 3D conversion. Who ever did this, they're just making a flat paper 3D effect which looks horrible for this. I can see the 3D effect just fine, but next time, try stretching/shrinking areas in and out rather then just taking a section and moving it slightly left/right. Like maybe use the Liquid tool in Photoshop or something.

Another way to do it is if you have a 3D computer monitor you can save the file and convert it to either an JPS or MPO file and just open it in a 3D image viewer. Makes it 3d for you without having to cross the eyes.

@Anon6, if you have a 3ds, it works nice too

Just another little tip for everyone:
If you have the ability to shake your eyes (I've been able to do it since I was about 10 : / ), then look between the two images, shake your eyes and focus and it'll be in 3D right away without waiting for your eyes to adjust like normal crossing-over.

Um...I like the idea of two Samuses bent over in front of me more than a 3D. I think I'll leave my eyes exactly how they are.

The differences are distracting...
