I'm putting her down as Mio from K-On because of the similarities with the hair length and bikini choice and because the artist has been drawing a few K-On characters as well.

If this image is really by Manatsu... I HIGHLY doubt this is Mio at all.

Manatsu's characters are insanely canonistical looking.

But if it isn't Mio... I can't correct because I still don't recognize her.

It isn't Mio. Hair color is similar enough, but the eyes are the wrong color. Plus that's not the kind of face Mio would make while in a bikini.
