I seriously doubt that it is 100% natural...that is I suspect that it is the result of photo editing. Instead of using a block or blur filter, they probably use a clone/copy tool and darken to hide the actual vagina without looking quite as blatantly censored as the other methods yet still meet the censorship regulations. The photoshop version of the black censor bar I would assume.
