I don't think they've introduced her in the anime series yet. However you have heard of her. When they were just starting the century soup arc you hear Komatsu going on about the cooking gear.
Well you hear him mention how they have Melk Cutlery on sale the finest knives in the world. She's a master knife smith, the finest of the finest cutlery blades come from her and are maintained by her in the world of Toriko.
