Ignoring this being a tagging nightmare, the artist themselves tagged it as a Hermaphrodite on the pixiv page, which is essentially the futanari tag. If it was a trap they wouldn't have tagged it as Hermaphrodite and as girlycard is canonically female futanari+androgynous+flat_chest looks like the way to go. There is no genderswap tag on the pixiv page so it isn't male.
