It was to make it seem like you were the one doing it. It removes the actual guy, and once he leaves, it shows what he left, so all you see is a girl seeming like she's getting fucked, letting your imagination have a little more freedom.

I can't be 100% positive but I think that's just how it was in the game. I haven't had it in forever but I'm pretty certain that you never see the lower half while she's actually getting fucked. I'll see if I can dig up again and check.
