Personally, I'd like to see a non-H anime that would have the courage to show a females anus. It would definitely be an ecchi game changer. Not going to happen, but in their laws the anus doesn't need to be censored unless it is being interacted with sexually, i.e. insertion, spreading, licking, etcetera.

You are correct anon 1, though they are called backless panties in the market. In terms of this image, there is no anus to be or not be covered/uncovered. I agree with anon 2 and 3. We must rally and demand Japan to allow this within ecchi, especially since most of the recent ecchi is bland and same-shit.
