I believe its called "sisters" fully animated game/visual novel only in japanese, You can get it in online with just the video files extracted from the game.
Got to say the girl is so cute with plenty of expressions. 10/10

Because they're using the loli tag wrong, as per Gelbooru rules. The loli tag is only for images where the girl looks child-like in appearance; her actual age doesn't matter. Same goes for the shota tag. If the girl doesn't look like a child, the loli tag doesn't apply to it.

The loli and shota tags are also not to be used for images with the Safe rating; any pic rated Safe with a child in it must uses the child tag instead.
