Those are all characters from the novels that the anime hasn't reached yet.

Black haired girl - Kuyou - a different type of alien similar to Nagato

girl above her - Sasaki - Kyon's old middle school friend and supposed "god" like Haruhi but Haruhi may have taken her powers (according to the next girl)

the next girl - Kyokou - from a rival faction to Koizumi's organization who are backing Sasaki

other guy - Fujiwara - time traveler with a different agenda than Mikuru
