actually he isn't as busted any more cause there are a few cards taht can be used against him specificly. there is a card i believe is caled chaos hunter or somethin like that. its a card specificly designed to counter chaos cards like bls. and for any stardust users like me, we can always use stardust dragon assault mode. when he activate his effect, we can simply negate it and off he goes. my friend has the card, and i always seem to nail him with that strategy ha ha ha

Veiler, Mirror Force, Tour Guide, ect. plenty of outs. Chaos Emperor is Broken as all heck though. not to mention Dragons Collide pretty much seals its fate to eternal damnation of being forbidden.
