Okay, what the hell is this supposed to be? The body is of a Ki-45, but the canopy is not...and it doesn't match the J1N.

Although I'm sure this can be chalked up to artistic license, I figure that's gotta be flying at at least 50-60k feet by how it looks. Probably beyond what that plane's capable of.

Anon 1 was right. This is not a J1N, it's a Ki-45 Toriyou, a Kai modified for use with a 20mm canon. Hence the canopy.
