He does.

But I don't know about whether this one is his, though. Seems a bit different than what he usually draws. It looks like one of those promo posters from Toei rather than his own illustrations.

Yeah, the cel shading leads me to believe it's not by him. His coloring never looks like that.

Looks sexy though.
