@anon2
It has the same gas piston, magazine, receiver, charging handle, and muzzle device
ON TOP OF THAT, its tagged as m14 here and named "M14" on pixiv.
The internals of the weapon (the reciever + barrel) were kept, and they were put on a new stock and new trigger system.
I award you no points.

Actually, Anon2 is correct. This is NOT an M14 of any kind; it's actually the AWC G2A, an uncommon 7.62mm battle rifle. It has a custom trigger guard and is drawn a bit bulky, but it's undoubtably a G2A. Google it.

www.bullpupgunstocks.com/
scroll down to the m14 bullpup stock kit. rather expensive for a stock kit but looks almost like it but of course this artist may also have their own additions to details

@ ANON3
You and The Medic may both be correct in this case. The AWC G2 / G2A are based off the M14 barrel and receiver group, but fitted with a new stock system. Israel has a version not far off from the AWC, called the M89SR, which is distinct in not having the gas impingement tube below the barrel (or at least it is not visible external to the stock on the M89SR).
Thus has been your daily dose of gun Pr0n. Have a good evening.
