To Kazumu - If this is supposed to be Hoshii Miki like the tags suggest, try a shorter neck and smoothing out the chin. The chin seems to be far too pointy. The head also might be a little too big. Her eyes are also supposed to be green, a little on the dark side whereas you placed her eye color on a yellowish green side.
