Girl on the right is better off. It went in her mouth and out her ass. Girl on the left had it go through her intestines and stuffs and out her mouth. Also, girl on the right looks like she has a tail! :3

I'm pretty sure neither of them cares which is better off at this point.

On another note, wow, for once, not only do we have both forms of "all the way through" in the same image, but at the same time it's possibly the most realistically rendered one to date, or as realistic as one can get without resorting to guro at least.

I would like it if it looked like it was one tenacle that came out of the left one's mouth that was pressed up against the one on the right's rectum so you see it og in one girl, but you wouldn't see it again until it came out the other's mouth. ...Not to remind anyone of a certain movie (you'd understand if you know the one).
