No, it means she's always depended on Chie for support, so she sees her as a prince too. This isn't necesarily related to sexual attraction at all. A part of the fanbase simply likes joking with it because, you know, lol lesbians. But nothing has ever suggested either Chie or Yukiko are gay or even bi. The only character they've ever been attracted to is the MC who is male.
