that's not Rin and Shiemi, that's Night and Monaka from the pilot oneshot, the Miyama-Uguisu Mansion Incident. Night looks like a slightly older Rin with brown eyes and normal ears and his full demon form looks a bit like Kuro only with one single skinny tail. Monaka looks a lot like Shiemi, but her hair style is slightly different and her hair color is more washed out.
