Well, Touhou probably uses the White Wolf pen and paper rules, created by Mark Rein, when it comes to Vampires.

Also why does this look like a real game? The black bars due to lack of 16:10 support make me horny, but then I realize Touhou has never had a coherent plot or story or any real action and it would be pointless to even think about it, it's all about showing a girl for every fetish and desire.
