Yeah, she isn't getting a very good workout from that, keep your ass down, in line with your back. Hips and shoulders flat. And look forward, as it straightens out the C-spine. The only parts that should be moving outside of the body as a unit would be the shoulders, elbows, and ankles. Not only is it easier, you exercise the target muscle groups more, and won't hurt yourself.
