I can't translate, but I do know each row are siblings.

Top to bottom:
Brother and sister Lux and Garen.
Sisters Morganna and Kayle.
Sisters Cassiopiea and Katarina.
...Brothers? Reneckton and Nasus?

Concerning relatives.

Garen : My sister is the cutest in the world !
Lux : Well, Garen's a bit loud, but deep inside he's a good guy.
But recently he's been more obedient to Jarvan, and they spend a lot of time together in the bushes. I'm kinda worried.

Kayle : Morganna ? Well i don't care much about her, but she had strange clothing habbit ever since childhood. I'm worried about her future.
Morganna: Kayle has been nagging for a long time. Jeez I'm not naked, and it's no big deal. Anyway, that's why I left home.

Katarina: cassiopea, huh ? When we were younger, she stole my pudding. I wanted that pudding.
Cassiopea: Kat is surprisingly naive. During middle school, she got depressed for one week after getting rejected.

Nasus: Oh Renekton ? It's so fun teasing her.
Renekton : I will kill her! I will fucking kill her !
Parenthesis: (You know you love your sister renekton)

So Garen is a bi-curious siscon, Morganna is a slut, Katarina is moe and renekton is tsundere for nasus. Nothing new there.
