Let's look at the characters...
Hiita: Happy-go-lucky type (yeah right...)
Wynn: Shy, kind type
Eria: Spunky hothead (Again, yeah right)
Lyna: Kind classmate type
Aussa: Strict class president type
Dharc: Protagonist
Personally, I'd have switched Hiita and Eria.

Well obviously it is believed Hiita would be Tsundere, so aside from the powers, Hiita could take Mikoto's role then?. Cause here she looks to be giving off a tomboyish grin.

Hm.....Comparing to the TAMnI cast...

Dharc=Touma's Role.
Hiita=Mikoto's Role.
Lyna=Index's Role?.
Wynn=Uiharu's Role?.
Aussa=Mii's Role?.
Eria=Saten's Role?.

I dunno, I go by what I think their personalities are, only ones I'm sure of are Dharc and Hiita taking over Touma and Mikoto's roles XD.

I've always imagined the Charmers as characters in a Magic Girl anime:

Hiita: hot-headed, sporty girl, possible tsundere?
Aussa: timid bookworm
Wynn: innocent, childish
Eria: ditz?
Lyna: righteous-minded class president
Dharc: friendly, reluctant villain
