I also feel the need to point out that many of the "official statements" Are contradictory to one another, they are also often made by different people. the one I chose to believe is the characters original creators statement that they are both transgender. transgender also being his specific phrasing, just to preemptively abate the unnecessary and masturbatory debate on Whether or not it's trans gender or new half or futa. At any rate they are both completely gorgeous and I see little need to split hairs beyond that point.
