DmC was a mediocre game that potentially killed an outstanding franchise. Labeling yourself a fan of such a game should not be a point of pride; to proclaim yourself a fan is an admission of low standards and poor taste.

DMC2 at least stuck to the origin of the story and looks, DmC threw it another direction. But it's the western interpretation of the franchise, so if you made Dante like an American, that's what you'd get.
