I understand that is supposed to be a B&W themed piece but what I don't understand is why N is in the middle of the stained glass painting. He is not a god or savior. N was only the leader of team plasma and even then that was a sham. Ghetsis manipulated N and Team Plasma for his own purposes. Surprisingly, N doesn't seem affected by the fact that everything in his life was a lie and that everything he fought for was BS. He just flies off into the sunset on his legendary Pokemon like nothing happened and says "Sorry about that." In the grand scheme of things, he doesn't accomplish anything but being a failed tool.

He may have taken it much harder than just "sorry about that," but he leaves before he shows it. Perhaps the game writers didn't want him to have a mental breakdown as they thought it was too mature for a kid's game. It's up to interpretation as to what happens to N after the game. I like to believe he took it all and realized things happened for a reason, moved on with his life, and decided to find another way to help pokémon.
