Judging by the Ralts and Poochyena, this is probably the pair from the Special rather than the game. So Ruby and Sapphire would be the tags rather than Yuuki and Haruka.

Even with the Ralts and Poochyena, this is still Yuuki and Haruka. Ruby from Pokemon Special has red eyes and wears the red rimmed hat while Yuuki has green eyes and wears the green rimmed hat. Sapphire has fangs and wears a blue coloured outfit while Haruka has no fangs and wears the normal coloured outfit.
