Combining machines which results into Super Robots.
I make one thing clear. The Trope Namer is Getter Robo and not the american Super Sentai Series Power Rangers.
However Trope Cruzifier is and are the Power Rangers.

In any case, this fusion of Dialga and Palkia reminds me more of Digimon.
