Confirmed to be concept art based on the Battle of Yonkers from Max Brooks' "World War Z" book. Look it up on DeviantArt.

Only criticism: According to Todd Waino, a veteran of the battle who is interviewed in the book, no troops were stationed on any of the rooftops.
