It's a peeing aperture, so the pee doesn't end up circulating in her swimsuit, if she get's the urge to go.

yup, that’s what a P-Valve is made for, especially in a drysuit. Pee would totally destroy the isolating effect of the air in the suit. But usually these valves are installed on the inner thigh of the suit.
