Easy Explanation:
Mao is a Mad Scientist, he loves to experiment on things, Desco is a demon made by humans, so obviously Mao wants to "Experiment" on Desco, but Fuka obviously doesn't approve of that idea, so she kicks him in a way that could say "Screw off, Freak Scientist".

He's even holding a net for pete's sake XD.

another way of understanding it, is to watch the cut scenes of Mao's English DLC for disgaea 4, it's on youtube, he says repeatedly he wants to experiment on Desco, and Fuka keeps saying she won't let him experiment on her "precious little sister", in the end her and Vulcanus send him flying anime style with a team punch.
