It should be mandated that most girls be dressed this way all the time.

And before any feminists come in to argue how one-sided this sounds, I'd say women would have fair game to mandate a sexy dress-code on men too. Then everyone would be happy, right? Right.

removed the yuri tag. It's not yuri just because two girls are physically close and holding hands in the pic. There is nothing sexual or romantic in this image.
