The real question is did he already fire 6 shots or just 5?

Also Anon #1242493 Spike and Vivacious were practically an even matched, thats a horrible example. Now Revy vs Ginji is a better example though in both case it was not a flawless victory on the gun user side (Spike ended up dead from blood loss if not a mortal stab wound most likely and Revy got stabbed through the leg.)
