So she's not Madoka? If not, then she must be an intentional knock-off, right? The eyes, the hair, ribbons, and gloves are awfully similar, plus the name in the source of "Contract Girl" seems to be a reference too.
I'm not saying it has to be Madoka, but it must be one of the copyright-avoiding doubles that sometimes show up in hentai, right?
