Hello I'm here to clear things up:

The image's title is "Trauma and Retaliation", basically the scene on the right is the retaliation part; France has got someone tied up in front of him (those knees you can see with rope), this someone is the same person who raped him when he was little and France is recalling this which is the scene on the left, the trauma. France is taking revenge on the person who raped him by returning the favour.
