Not really, if I get it right the female Archer is the protagonist of Fate/Prototype after she became a counter-guardian just like EMIYA. They are separate characters, not genderswaps of each other.

Sajou Ayaka having an EMIYA counterpart is just a fan dream, as her personality and ideals aren't even remotely likely to result in that sort of individual.

I'd sooner buy the idea of a Grail War where someone summons an alternate version of Gilgamesh that ISN'T an asshole than I would an EMIYA-Ayaka.
