The first season is on Isohunt. They just came out with Mahou Shoujo Ai 2 in January, with the latest episode has just come out not long ago. Super hard to get torrents for them though

I'm no expert, but I don't think that's a stomach bulge (found this gif while looking for them). If it was, it would change size with every time the... whatever they are called thrust in and pull out of her.
