Well, not sure on the character buut...
First one is a normal, slow, brain-eating zombie.
Second is a 'fast' zombie, the kind that have begun appearing more recently in movies and video games. They can run!
Third id a headcrab zombie, as in the headcrabs from the Half-Life video game series. They bite onto your head, eat out your brains or some shit, then control your lifeless corpse. Don't ask about the claws.
And you already get the thriller one so...

Touhou #10 (Touhou Fujinroku, Mountain of Faith) was released in 2007 and featured some very questionable art quality. Reimu in particular, had a very pale yellow, almost green, jaundiced skin tone and a sunken eyed expression, causing people (mainly in the West) to make jokes about her being a zombie. She wasn't the only wasn't the only character with a weird appearance in that game (the infamous Aya Smirk originates there, and Kanako and Sanae look like they just fell out of the 1980s), but this is the one people latched onto.
