Caterpillars and Caterpies dont lay eggs. Its the butterfly(free)

My guess is it kidnapped her, stuck her to the tree, and layed eggs in her. Then the eggs hatched inside her.

Google says it's by luscious.net though, but maybe pixiv is the original source. :p
