Comparing the girl from the doujin to the girl that's with the blonde in the other pictures, it seems the dark skinned girl in the doujin has a different eye color. Maybe they're NOT the same.

I did, actually. Her hair is a little bit different as well. Not to mention the one in the pictures switched to green'ish eyes since around February of last year and seems to have stayed that way while the girl in the manga short you posted came out in August that same year and has a bit of a different look to her.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying with 100% proof that they are different, but there are some differences and maybe instead of them being the same girl it could be that the artist just likes to have some his original characters be hot dark skinned girls with short blonde hair.
