Anyone want to imagine a porn X-Com/Chtorr game? Male troops get killed by the tentacle monsters, female get raped. Missions to alien bases allow your teams to rescue women held there. You can even have cannon fodder troops who 'distract' some of the aliens, while your more experienced troops deal with the rest, then have to rescue them.
The alien ecology slowly expands over the planet, and you have to fight it off more and more, sometimes losing a soldier, other times rescuing people. The few people rescued are all female, due to the ecology's appetites.
Your research team steadily shows more cleavage, and living quarters soon become harems. You eventually have to build a facility in the base for the women to masturbate in, so they don't get too frustrated, because otherwise you have to do it all yourself (similar to "Wet Attack: The Empire Cums Back").
Add in a first person perspective, so you can have the leader walking around, making sure the base personnel are taken care of in between missions (similar to Mass Effect). This also allows for a benefit, where if you put your avatar in the battle, your troops are better motivated (higher accuracy, etc). But if your avatar gets killed, you lose the game.
