^Oh, poor anon, how I WISH this was from a game. At least then it could get away with the shit it pulls under the guise of extremely-violent-video-gaming.
But no, this is a hentai OVA series called "Shitai wo arau", or "body washing". Sounds kinky, right? Welp, not when you realize that the bodies being washed are DEAD BODIES.
This hentai is about a young man who goes to work at a hospital and is put to work cleaning the bodies of the dead in the hospital morgue before they get shipped off to be autopsied/buried/whatever. On top of that, he has to put up with a domineering female doctor who begins to regularly molest him (we're talking borderline fem-rape here) while slipping him doses of an experimental drug. His mental state rapidly deteriorates during the first episode, to the point where he accidentally kills a young nurse who was blowing him, by pushing her off and sending her falling down a flight of stairs.
So, ultimately, between washing corpses, being raped and drugged by his superior, and committing accidental manslaughter, the guy finally snaps and begins raping his superior.
And then in the next two episodes, guess what we start seeing? MURDER, RAPE, NECROPHILIA, RESURRECTION, MORE RAPE, and a ton of other shit so fucked up it makes Mirai Nikki look as tame as Lucky Star by comparison.
