It means "Takarabune", the treasure ship of Shichi Fuku Jin (<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seven_Lucky_Gods">the seven lucky gods</a>). If you want to dream a lucky <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hatsuyume">Hatsuyume</a>, put a picture of Takarabune under your pillow.
This kanji should be originally "獏 (<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baku_(spirit)">Baku</a>)", Japanese nightmare-devouring creature. However, the artist changed the kanji on purpose.
