Not really. Four legs + Wings : Dragon, Two Legs + Wings = Wyvern is the standard formula.

Standard formula? Maybe if you consider a narrow set of modern fantasy literature and fantasy-themed games to be the authorities on dragons. For the rest of the world from times way back, dragons have ranged from... Almost fucking everything that people have felt like calling dragons but usually reptile-like creatures that have bat wings, or if not wings then at least horns and other exotic features.
