ok, I have only one question by "diet and other treatments" they mean lots of good food, very nice massage and hot bath, not a bowl of drugs, stimulants and boner enforcing medicines combined with prostate stimulation by anal penetration

So...You automatically get two "brides", one of which is the younger sister of the other and "assists" the less-experienced younger sister, most likely in tandem with each other. The community is supportive, their need for mating is strong and exhausting, but they have what sounds like a series of pleasant natural therapies in case this ever happens, which it won't, because this is the greatest fate to have of all time.
