Anon2, start the battle with Thuder Thrust, then for the rest of the battle save all your SP for healing. Don't use any more special attacks, just normal attacks and healing. When she binds you, struggle twice to get loose. When she charges her super attack, hit her enough to make sure you can heal afterwards, then guard when it says she's finished charging it. You need at least 100 hit points to survive her attack, even while guarding.
You need to live through her super attack twice. Once you do, control of the battle will be taken out of your hands, and you'll eventually win.
