Don't get too happy, it's common belief Sonny Liston took a dive that fight. The original shot of Ali standing over him yelling is him telling the guy to get back up.

Though the counter to that is Liston was a known drug addict and could have been too out of it.

^ Could be cultural differences that artist didn't know better. Japanese boxing (K-1) rules are very different from World Boxing Council rules.
