i.e. the second season bluray disc extra.

The torrents for this are pretty much all dead afaik. The only place I found this on was some obscure Czech streaming site. This OVA extra is very short (2min 56secs), cheaply drawn and animated (or should I say, poorly), so if you missed this, you didn't really miss anything worth searching and watching IMO.
