Rukia seems different because they're not just genderswapping the characters, they're swaping personalities. Just look at the body language, ichigo is doing things I'd expect to see rukia doing, and that face that rukia is making seems similar to a face ichigo would make at someone doing something like that. It's good art, but poor portrail of true character traits. I still saved the fuck out of the image though.
