There is no 93R in this drawing. Besides, the 93R is an Italian design based on the Beretta 92.

There is no Makarov PM in this picture, either. The pistol at the bottom is actually a PB silent pistol, which is based off the Makarov PM. The pistol she's carrying is a silenced variant of the Stechkin called the APB. The APB should have a wire stock, but the artist drew a wood stock on it.
