I suspect the reason Naoto's bust size in these pics varies so wildly is due to the different interpretations that people made of the scene at the doctor's of it possibly being either really small or really large. Personally, I never thought Rise's reaction could've made the slightest bit of sense with anything other than very large, but still.... Of course, there are a couple scenes where you could just look at her character sprite and the large option should've been obvious (people just don't know how to pay attention).
And then Golden came along and confirmed 100% that the large interpretation was correct by outright stating it. So now the pics like this not making sense is officially official.
